Tiger Tales

This week, we are featuring the biggest living cat in the world: tiger.

There are many color variations and habitats you can find these felines, and no two tigers have the same stripe patterns. While the Bengal tiger is the most known, there is a white tiger that is variant that is caused by a single change in the pigment gene.

Rare, but beautiful snow white colors.

Unlike their domesticated counterpart, these cats are 8 to 10 feet long. Usually you’re able to pick up any old house cat to cuddle… it might be a little hard to pick up a tiger… not that I would even suggest trying considering their predatory nature.

And, they’re also pretty good swimmers!
